Skype doesn't support Smart TVs anymore. But you can use Tellybean for TV video calls if you have a new (2016-2017) LG webOS TV.

Sorry, LG updated the firmware with WebOS 3.0, i.e. 2016 models, in a way which enabled Tellybean to develop for that platform. Sorry...

We can't give you Skype, but please check out Tellybean's TV video call app which is now available on LG 2016 and 2017 (WebOS 3.x) TVs. Tellybean uses an Android mobile phone as a wireless webcam (we are working on enabling the same functionality on iOS as well) .
