I own LG's super Uhd TV 49uh770t, when I try to play my 500 gb and 1tb portable HDD which only have audio and video in them no text ms office file it read this HDD after half and hour and most of time TV restarts it self while playing hdd

I own two lg super Uhd TV's but they lack latest codecs in most of videos they are unable play audio of file run via connected USB device(pendrive, HDD). Lg need to update codecs via software update.
