  1. I've had a similar problem when playing a DVD that defaults to 5.1. I solved it by going to Settings, All Settings, Sound, Sound Out, PCM (not Auto) Hope this helps!
  2. Yes. You pair the phone with the TV using Bluetooth. The state of the wifi connection isn't relavent at the point when you connect.
  3. On my Android phone I use the "LG TV Plus" app (which I downloaded from Google Play) which has a nice remote and on the bottom of the screen has a "keyboard" button that allows you to bring up a fully-functioning keyboard. Works well. Not sure if it's available on an Apple device, though.
  4. Thanks for the info... that gets the job done, though it ain't pretty, as you say. You'd think there'd be a "display off' button in the upper right corner of the app, or something. Seems rather wasteful to have the screen glaring away when listening to music. I asked LG tech support if I could turn off the screen and they didn't even provide the answer you did. Thanks again!   5. I have a new LG OLED65C7P TV running webOS 3.5. I'd like to be able to turn off the screen when listening to muisic CDs. How can this be done? I using the "music" app on the "select connected devices" page. Thanks in advnce!
  6. I have a new LG OLED65C7P running WebOS 3.5 am an wondering how I can change the colors used by apps to be white text on black rather than than the black text on white that it currently uses. Any way of switching this?
