Question

Hi there,

I have a 55" WebOS2 tv.   Connections allow you to link to a Bluetooth sound bar.   I have bought 2 LG sound bars the first ended up with the connectivity optical cable connections in both the tv and sound bar breaking.   The second using LG Sound Sync keeps dropping out whenever I receive a WhatsApp message on my LG G6 mobile.

So I have bought a BOSE SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth device so I can get good sound without interruptions.   I set up the TV to use Bluetooth, on the mobile I downloaded the Android app for Bose to connect and the unit works fine with the mobile.   Try using it with the TV and it does not work.   There is a Bluetooth output for sound bars on the connectivity page but this has no effect.

I even tried using the wired option from the USB to the Bose Soundlink Revolve.   No good.   Any suggestions.

My TV is the UG87OV

Software Version 04.05.70

Running Web OS2

Thanks

John

I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

I use BT Headphone with LG OLED C1 TV Webos 6.  It would be nice if I could also see its battery level next to volume level on the screen

This LG OLED 55A1PUA keeps hutting off the sound bar. Thought it was the sound bar - replaced sound bar and this issue is still here. How do i fix this? Is this a TV issue?

I have an LG OLED and I want to change the volume of my Bluetooth headphones independently of the speaker volume.  I am hard of hearing and I want to listen to the TV a bit louder than the speaker.  Presently the Tv Volume controls both.   Thanks

Superb Gaming Monitors Boast the High Refresh Rates, Fast Response Times and Low Latency,
Meeting Demands of Today’s Gamers and VESA’s New Display Standard

SEOUL, May 23, 2022 — LG Electronics’ (LG) UltraGear gaming monitors (models 27GP950 and 27GP850) are the first in the world to earn VESA® AdaptiveSync Display certification, launched by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA). The new VESA® AdaptiveSync Display logo helps consumers to easily identify and compare the variable refresh rate (VRR) performance of gaming displays supporting VESA’s Adaptive-Sync protocol before they buy.
To be certified as the VESA AdaptiveSync Display, LG’s elite gaming monitors had to meet the exhaustive and rigorous requirements of the VESA Adaptive-Sync Display Compliance Test Specification (Adaptive-Sync Display CTS), which uses more than 50 test criteria to establish clear benchmarks for assessing monitors’ and laptops’ VRR capabilities. With high refresh rates, fast Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response times and low latency, the two UltraGear gaming monitors met or exceeded the test scores specified in VESA’s new open standard.
LG’s AdaptiveSync Display-certified monitors, LG UltraGear 27GP950 and 27GP850, provide the level of visual performance needed for seamless gaming experiences. Both models met required scores across VESA’s Adaptive-Sync Display CTS, including in several key measurements such as refresh rate, screen-flicker and response time. The two 27-inch gaming monitors feature advanced LG Nano IPS panels offering high refresh rates and a 1 millisecond GTG response time, allowing fluid gaming play and sharp, clean images for both PC and console games.
“The VESA Adaptive-Sync Display CTS creates a clear, consistent standard for display performance of gaming monitors and helps consumers to make informed purchasing decisions,” said Jim Choate, compliance program manager at VESA. “World’s first products to wear the new AdaptiveSync Display logo, LG’s UltraGear gaming monitors performed remarkably well in all applicable tests.”
“We are proud the LG UltraGear became the first-ever monitors to receive VESA AdaptiveSync Display certification” said Seo Young-jae, senior vice president and head of the IT business unit of LG Electronics Business Solutions Company. “With upcoming 2022 models including UltraGear 27GP95R, we will not only meet the high standards of VESA’s performance tests, but also satisfy the expectations and diverse needs of today’s consumers.”
