i have a lg smart tv model 49ub850

when i want to recording tv with machine time i have a error and icant use machine time

thats error is : unable to save the recorded content - recording time must be at least 10 seconds .

but i waiting for recording more time

please help me and quid me to fixing this error

when i want recording every thing or useing magic time , after click stop recording i had this error message
(unabe to save the recorded - content recording time must at least 10 seconds )
i confused , becouse i think my recorded time between 5 or 10 minutes , but thats message said 10 seconds
please help me
