Hi... I have a 47LB7000 webOS TV... About a month ago the smart remote stops to work... I've tried a new smart remote but the error keeps the same: "bluetooth service needs to be initialized"... Anyone have any clues to solve this issue? (I'm thinking that this is a hardware problem, because I manually upgraded the firmware and the error persists and wired and wirelles network doesn't work too)... Sorry by the bad english...
