I have a friend from LG QA, he tested WebOS on "unknown" hardware... It' hardware looked like a 6-series of 2013 year (I seen photo)... But he says what update for older TV he don't tested and nothing heard about that

Why not? Hardware 2012's and 2013's very similar.

An important update to the Terms & Conditions and options will soon become available for your TV after the end of February in 2014. Please see the FAQ at [www.lgappstv.com] for more information. We encourage you to take the easy steps to update your TV when notified: Go to your Settings menu, select Support, then Software Update." May be it's update to WebOS ?!
