  1. From LG customer services :- In regard to the UK on-demand applications, I am sorry, but currently these are unavailable for download. This is the catch-up applications, such as: BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub and 4 On Demand (Freeview Play). Although, apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube are still available for download. I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences this will cause. At the moment, some of our new 2020 TV models could be missing some catch-up apps; however, LG are in the process of working directly with the broadcasters to feature their catch-up players in our 2020 range of televisions. Discussions are currently ongoing, and a software update will be provided soon. This will be downloadable through your TV via the internet. I would be unable to comment as to when this may be, although I advise ensuring that “Automatic Updates” are enabled on your TV.
  2. I've just established that LG don't have agreements with the UK providers to use their catchup apps in their 2020 range of TVs. This must be a major negative when considering an LGTV at the moment. Let's hope that "the powers that be " give this the urgency it deserves.
  3. I'm just setting up a friends new LGTV and can't find the BBC iPlayer (or any of the other UK catchup apps) in the Content Store. Am I looking in the wrong place or doing the wrong thing. The TV (55UN7306) doesn't have the Freeview play facility so I can't use that to help him. Thanks in anticipation.
  4. I've just got the LG 55EG920v and trying to get to grips with webOs 2.0. I'm looking for 4K content and was surprised that the YouTube App wasn't pre-installed and doesn't seem to be available via the LG content store. Am I doing something wrong or is there an alternative way yo access YouTube? Halli. (UK)
