Hi, I have an LG49UB850V running the latest firmware, 05.00.20 I have had no issues with the Netflix app previously. I launched the app today however and it asked me to sign in. I did and then got the following message. "The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember your email address is not case-sensitive but your passwords are." I am definitely entering the correct sign in details, email and password. I can login to Netflix on my other devices with the same account information without a problem. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix, but this has made no difference. Please help. Thanks.
