Pressing the mute button 3 times or more in quick succession opens that menu but that is with lg remotes and I am not certain if Roku remotes can do that so like it might be a different combination with Roku but it might be same. Also whether it is the same or not you might be sitting on the remote or some has another remote and is pranking you
