I was stuck in following scenario: OLEDc277pua TV bought in USA imported in Georgia (the country). Changed code from 22282 to 3122. Did a Reset to Initial Settings. Chose Estonia as a LG services country. Created brand new Estonian LG account. BUT... no app was opening: "this app or service is currently not available in your country". Nothing... I installed NordVPN-s SmartDNS, configured VPN to Estonia for the TV in the router itself. restarted tv with power off couple of times. But same issue, nothing was opening.. After hours of search and trying 10000 different things, Claude (AI) suggested switching 3122 (generally EU) to 3124 (Italy). The changed happened. Then I clicked Reset to Initial Settings. During the setup process I chose "Italy", and when setup finished, in Settings for some reason I was still seeing ESTONIA, but funny part is that now ALL APPS ARE WORKING. I check now the network settings, its not using SmartDNS anymore as the factory reset cleared it. I check MyIP in browser and see that VPN is actually working and uses Estonian IP Address. Now, I do not know what helped, 1. maybe the VPN I was trying to setup was not correctly applied and needed some factory reset? 2. maybe some internal locks were removed/reset when I changed 3122 to 3124? anyway, I dont want to turn off vpn and test it(what if I mess it up again?), it was few hours of hell. LG Hardware is top-notch, while Software 0.1/10. Hope this helps somebody.
