After 1 hour 10 minutes chatting to LG support they advised I bought a new remote. I need to lie down......

This keeps happening to me. I cannot get my C1 to recognise my Sky Q Mini box. Usually I don't get as far as the screen dump attached. I have reset my TV, reset my Sky box, reset my remote AND changed the batteries but nothing works. After powering OFF the Tv for 5 minutes I get as far as the picture shows but that is it. I have tried all four HDM ports and different HDMI cables. Running out of ideas now.
