Please see the attached photo to see that it stays on startup screen forever.
I've tried removing the app & reinstalling it to no avail.
Only started happening recently, possibly since the last update.
Any help much appreciated
TV model: 55EG960V-ZA (UK)
WebOS version: 04.05.01 (latest)
Google Play app version: 1.0.17 (latest)

Same with me too - you'll can unsubscribe here if you want: https://www.lgwebos.com/settings/?area=newsletters
Once done, don't forget to click on the 'Save' button.
It might take a day or more for the system to recognise the change, so you'll might still receive a few more (like I have done).
