Trialsfan

Hi,have LG tv approx 2 years old now when we pause a programme and restart no sound just buzzing sound. We then have to turn off tv and restart and sound then returns when we press play,not sure if this tv fault or sky? Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks... Peter.
