Disconnected the Tv during 8 hours; problem still there Reset the TV to factory settings and now the web browser is working ( how long will it work) It's a shame to be obliged to do this for correcting the problem

I already tried to disconnect power previously without waiting so long I tried today to disconect power during 30 minutes but still not working Will leave the TV disconnected a few hour and see what happens If still not working i will try a reset to factory settings

The Web browser app did no longer start on Oled48c25lb When i try to start it the logo appears during 2 or 3 seconds; then the TV return to the home menu TV is up to date As the web browser is an installed app i cannot delete it for trying a reinstall There is no other web browser app available on the LG store
