Found a solution here: https://www.avforums.com/threads/the-lg-services-country-information-could-not-be-retrieved-from-the-server.2460622/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss Basically, change the LG service country to "other", restart TV, then go and accept the terms & go back again changing the country to your current - again, the policies will prompt up and you should be able to log in.
