I have just gotten information that other LG C2 owner, even though 'is logged in' he is presented with same error.
It looks like more a global issue with LG services
Unfortunately in my country it is 9.00 p.m. so the soonest I can talk to them is tomorrow.
TV has just arrived today too.
Looks to be some sort of fresh issue, could not find any sort of information about this anywhere
