Hi David. I am facing same issue constanly for a couple of monthes. At the same time I had temporary success when I plug-off my LAN, and connected by Wi-Fi. However, later when I plug-on LAN, account again log-out automaticly. I thougth there is some restrictions to my account, becuase I cannot log to it from my PC. Then I found that Google Chrome not allowing, but Microsoft Edge allows to enter. May be ThinQ app works by Google Chrome protocol? BTW my account easily log in in TV settings. But I need in in ThinQ app.
