Thanks Drew did a factory reset and worked for me too! Still haven’t received an answer from LG (apart from an acknowledgment and request for software versions) - maybe they will see these posts

Sent an email to LG saying what problem was and that a number of other users had the same problem. will see what the response is :-)

It starts ok but when I select a program it just sits there with the 'wheel' turning. It works ok on my phone and ipad. Have tried updating tv operating system and iview app but they seem to be at the latest version. Anyone else having problems?
