Hello , Please help . I can't install or update any app i did reset to initial settings and bot helping also tv is mot detecting any software udpates . Software 5.00.15 Model 55UM7095PVC

I can't install or update any app including Netflix, i did reset initial settings but it's worse the apps was working are not now. My webos software is 5.0015 and tv not detecting any updates.
