We have tried to update certain apps installed on an LG webOSTV UH6090 as ribbon bar has suggested. We have gotten updates on the TV successfully, rebooted the TV, as well as double checked all settings, zones excetra. When we are try to update them, we toggle to the update, press OK, and both the update and cancel button illuminate, then the TV goes back to full picture and no update. Called technical service, no results. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve?
