  1. I tried everything — rebooted both the TV and my modem multiple times, even figured out how to locate and change the DNS setting. Nothing worked UNTIL MY BRILLIANT WIFE suggested that maybe I would need to click "OK" on both the User Agreement button and the Privacy Policy button before it would allow me to access the "Agree" button. Hah! The solution turned out to be simple, but not at all obvious or intuitive. Shame on LG for designing such a mysterious, unfriendly interface.
