This is a network issue. I have noticed the same issue on my lg tv with hotstar, this problems gets resolved when i switch the network of the tv to my mobile hotspot. play the video on mobile hotspot, once the video starts, switch it back to wifi. This is not a fix but a work around, also if you switch off your tv, you will need to do the whole procedure again Hope this helps
