Microsoft NTS for Mac by Paragon costs just under $20 and will make it absolutely seamless to format NTFS or mount NTFS devices.

 - the latest is Catalina ready.

 

This area of the Forum is called "LG webOS... because the operating system is WEB OS, not Android. I don't think there would be any use for the Google Play Store on your LG TV.
