FYI - I have downgraded my TV using the instructions on this site and Netflix is now working again (5.0 instead of 5.4 firmware now).

Only have a mac at home so ran up a free AWS windows instance and ran the initial update as described.
Updated to 3.3 -> 4.0 -> 5.0
From there was able to resolve my issue - Netflix wasn't working at all.
Installed fine.
Model : 55LB6500-TA

I think this may require a downgrade (as per the instructions in this forum).
I have the same problem - Netflix has stopped working, Amazon works fine as do other services.
Have tried:
1. Change DNS
2. Change network (wired, wireless, wireless hotspot)
3. Remove and re-add Netflix app
4. Factory reset TV
5. Left unplugged, powered off.

Try the "force downgrade":
Worked for me like a charm. (I had a problem that Netflix would not load).
