I have the same issue and have contacted LG and are awaiting response. I'm not holding my breath as I see this issue has been on-going with LG TV's for ages and so far I haven't seen any resolution. Looks like we may have purchased a lemon. I'm annoyed at myself for not researching this before I made the decision to buy. Buyer beware.... Brett
