So, insert a USB stick into the USB port and start recording on the TV. After finishing, eject and mute USB on a second tv. The video file is not recognized and can not be seen on this TV. The LG TV is with 3.5 and 2.0 second web-os. Thanks LG, I think I will look for a Samsung.

Yes to all you questions.Resolution is same Tv stream.Before to recording,format USB stick (use a computer/Laptop).TV only verify media before recording.This work ONLY for TV and NOT WORK for smart TV (NETFILX,YOUTUBE etc).See you remote,taste REC and press it.

go  to browser tv....go to app lg...up in windows search write " VPN" and press search....this,if found,to be added to you browser (is way for browser computer...must work to tv)..succes

Hello, I use Servio as home server media but there is a problem. On my LG TV with webos 2.0 subtitles from the movie does not play the characters correctly. There is a page code on the TV (Central European, Cyrillic, ...) but it does not correct the problem. For verification, we copied the movie and the subtitle on a USB stick and the playback is correct, no problem.  I use the DLNA network, this issue appears. The operating system is Windows 7 x 64.I guess that SO is guilty. Any ideas? Thank you. (also,i have web os 3.5 TV LG but no page code setting and same issue)

hi...wi-fi direct not is for you want....search into tv screenshare and use it. You laptop work using Intel WIDI software and this soft use miracast (screenshare). So,again.Yoy tv have  WI-FI direct technology and Miracast (Screenshare) technology on TV and in laptop have Intel WIDI technology. Connect laptop to tv using Miracast and work fine.Into TV browse to Screenshare,not to wifi direct.Succes

because you use tv for source...try USB (recorded) for source and tv for play video and bluetooth for audio...must go fine i think.

me too,while power on tv received "new update version bla bla bla "...disable notification is not possible....smart tv is beginner,so..now,you can`t ..missing option from factory

I want to stop the warning messages when a new software version is available for the TV. How is this done?

subtitles online do no exist . Only youtube have some subtitles under name "CC"...and allowed to chance languange.but translate is..lowed quality

Par exemple,between PC and TV LG using DLNA, work LG smartshare (external program,must be installed on PC).This know how to insert subtitles into video stream and work fine.You LG is good...you device same.You program between device and TV is bad.Know chromecast,mirchast but NOT KNOW  what you need.Change it.Succes

Hi.. you must press ok  only . If you don`t see  "OK" from remote, go to  settings ,main screen. Navigate down , to last, and search "update" . Maybe you have a friend and him know more...sorry . Success
