Mr Grumpy

I've had nothing but trouble with my LG TV and soundbar since I purchased them. The soundbar cut out regularly when connected with an optical cable. Now I have connected it with Bluetooth and it is still cutting out, or the soundbar just switches itself off randomly. I have also had problems with popups appearing on the TV for HDM12 and 13 inputs. All of these problems are well documented on various forums but I have been unable to find a solution for any of them.
