Who are the "them" you talked to to get it deregistered--Amazon or LG? -
I have a 65EF9500 and clicking the Amazon input goes to what used to be the home page with the words and tiles for where there should be content, but it is all empty. It's a black background with no content. Nothing is selectable. It's useless right now. I can access through my Tivo on HDMI1 but not through the TV. Suggestions?
