To resolve the issue, unplug the TV then press the on/off button for 10 seconds. Wait a further 20 seconds then plug the TV back in and turn it back on. Apps should now run without the error.Edit: The on/off button on my LG TV is directly under the standby light on the bottom of the TV.Regards,Willjoe

- In the fields provided, enter your email address and password.
- Select the Register button.

- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Under the TV category, select Sound → Headphone/Audio out → Audio out (Fixed).
- On the remote control, press the BACK button.
- Select Headphone speaker link.
- Select Speakers on.

- Go to Settings > All Settings > General.
- Select About this TV.
- Select Check for Updates and if an update is available Download and Install.
- Once download is complete, power OFF the TV for 10 seconds then power ON to install the update.
