    Bruno thank you for your reply, I'm trying to see if it's an issue from my internet provider and not from the TV.  I used to see 4K streaming in Netflix until 5 days ago. So I'm trying to figure out if my internet connection isn't stable enough to tream 4k. If that solves the problem I will come back with a new post. Thank you again

    What happened is that Netflix tried to load titles at 4k full hd quality on the LG TV and somehow the TV (maybe because it is old) froze. I entered my account settings and set my user default quality to HD and boom.

    Hope I help someone with this solution.

    I have the same issue. You really helped me with this because you made my tv usable again, but have you found a different way to solve this. Is it impossible to stream 4k Netflix videos in this TV?  Or does this problem mean that apparently we have a main board issue?
