That's a shame. I guess I'll write them as well then, and get an HDMI switch or something with the feature. I recently started using mine as a monitor for my Mac and PC, which works great so far except that I would like to be able to see both side-by-side rather than having to switch channels back and forth.

I have the C9 (webOS 5.0) and can access multi-view with TV + 1 HDMI source through the "..." button on the remote, as Tim says, but I would love to use two different HDMI sources. Any updates on the support ticket, @Tim, or a link to follow its resolve?
