  1. LG wanted me to send the TV back again to have the screen replaced

I asked if I sent it would it have the original fault repair at the same time. Was then told it was user error and the TV should never have been repaired in the first instance.

At this point I rang up the shop where I bought the TV and explained it was not fit for purpose.

The shop agreed and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund.

I have now got a Samsung TV and have had no issues with any of the apps

Even though I told LG I wasn't sending it back for repair they still sent DPD courier to collect it

Would I buy another LG product?  NO

  2. well got my tv back from LG repair complete with scratches on the screen and bezel complete with an engineers report.

the motherboard has been replaced and the TV set to factory settings

within 30 mins getting the same error message of memory to low and app will be restarted

checked memory in settings and contains the same low memory as before

awaiting on call back from lg. this tv is not fit for purpose

  3. Hi my lg 32lk61 keeps bringing up the memory error issue and have talked to lg service regarding the issue. asked me to take a screen shot and a copy of the invoice so it can be returned for service/repair

I like other believe there is not enough memory installed in the lg smart tvs ( no issues with my samsung tvs

is there a way to get into the service menu to look how much memory is installed then when my tv comes back I can check to see if there has been a memory upgrade
