If your problem is the intermittency of the internet signal via cable / wired, and the reception via WIFI signal is "off", follow this saying and be happy:

Basically you will turn off the WIFI module of your TV - which is responsible for generating the problem on the Ethernet signal too.

I think Bluetooth is also disabled after disconecting the WiFi module.

    Can you confirm?

    Hello all,

After lot of reading comments and googling, I had left all hopes and was looking for a new TV replacement. But I took a chance to open the back panel and searched for WiFi module which was right next to power button. Just unplugged and blown a bit to clear some dust and plugged back in. And my TV was like new again. All problems solved. I am using lg 49sj800v. Try this before you make some hard decisions.

    same here.

My 49SJ800V has the LGSBWAC72 RF Module and after disassembly and blowing some cold air from my hair dryer on the connectors fixed my problems.

Now my magic remote stays connected and Netflix hasn't had a hiccup ever since.

Take note that I still get the "unknown device disconnected"/"unknown device reconnected" combo.
