@Pannatat Sirirug suggested Reset to Initial Settings - what does that actually reset? Will it reset and/or delete my applications (eg Netflix)? Given I cannot access the LG Store, if the reset deletes Netflix, and does not solve the problem, that would leave me in a real mess.

I had to re-log in to my Youtube account
, and re-sign in Netflix with e-mail address

Try "Factory reset" . It solved :)

I accidentally fixed it.
Maybe you can try
Factory reset, Don't connect to internet, you'll see Youtube app.
Restart TV, Youtube app disappeared. Connect to internet, Go to LG store and install Youtube app(latest one 16/03/20).
