I already did like what you did but after the download finished and extract the zip file i found the extracted file is the same file as the first one

i replaced this 04.70.04 with 03.60.05

* Could you please tell me the steps you did to downgrade your software ?

I have the same problem with not success 

i already tried Sparty87  steps more than once, tried Google dns 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 

* I am already using my smartphone hotspot from the first use to access internet on my smart lg.
