Hi.

I have the LG 43UH750V. When I watch the Amazon video app I have to reset the picture settings EVERY time I watch a programme. For instance I can watch the grand tour,apply settings,then watch something else and ALL the settings will be back to 100. Every time I have to do this, very frustrating. Doesn't happen on any other app or input. Any ideas?

Just received my LG 42UH750V. I applied all the settings I wanted for the contrast, colour, etc. But each time I turn the tv off they reset to the factory settings of 100. I have checked and im in HOME mode not STORE mode. The cable settings seem to have remained now for a few hours. But the Amazon app and YouTube keep resetting.

 

Any ideas?
