Hi, I have only had my LG TV (55OLEDE6V) for one week and my sound drops out every 15 minutes. If I rewind live TV or a recording, after the 'drop out', the missing sound is heard. This TV has a built in sound bar, so I would assume the TV and the sound bar are wired together, but I don't know.
I have downloaded the latest firmware updates but the problem still exists. If I cannot get this resolved I shall be getting a refund and a Samsung TV.
Any advice gratefully received.
Hi. What source are you viewing? I get brief (0.5 to 2 seconds) dropouts on my new LG 55UH950v TV, but only when viewing my HUMAX Freeview PVR. The dropouts happen whether I use soundbar or TV speakers. I have tried every setting under the sun, on TV and PVR. (bluray player and internal TV tuner dont exhibit the problem). Ive read humax reencode the audio so wonder if that has something to do with it?
