LG TV appears to slightly change colour or shade, I’ve changed to various modes and is the same. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Its great to have hotstar on the tv and being able to use it without anu chromecast is great. But there is a major issue. Hotstar by default has chosen a language which is not comprehensible by me. Due to which even after subscribing for membership, i cannot watch majorit of shows. How Can I change the language in the app?

I recently updated the firmware on my LG43UH610V. Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

I have 42B670V-ZA tv bought in 2014. This model has different numbers/letters depending from the distribution area. Mine is for Poland.
Software version is 05.05.70,
WebOS version is 1.4.0-2532 afro-ashley. This model was made with the intention of upgrading to WebOS 2 and so it was manufactured. In late 2014, once the tv was still on market, European and US (with a different name), LG Korea has announced that this model would not have upgrade. Nevertheless I think it STILL IS a way to make it higher or at least faster, as it was on a very beginning. Now it coughs after using 45 mins on Netflix or 30 mins on WWW app when watching film online. When instslling new app, it shows such data:
Version of the app i.e. 1.1.1
Date of last update of the app i.e. 20.04.2015
Size of the app i.e. 105 KB
Rating i.e. "everything" (???)
Internal memory i.e. 850MB/973MB
And this INTERNAL MEMORY REMAINS THE SAME 850MB
Does anybody know, how to do this either using
service mode or
Installing some software from a memory card
or in any other way? The problem is that the tv has not enough memory to operate apps. I cannot release the memory without loosing my settings. I live in Warsaw, Poland, but I have additional apps like HULU and Amazon Prime US which enables me watching US content (I pay for them in USD).
Uninstalling other useless apps didnt work. Now I have only system apps and 3 more like Netflix, HULU and Amazon. I cannot even install anything more. LG support told me to return to factory settings which wipes all memory out. I dont want to return to WebOS 1.0. I just want my tv to work faster BACK AGAIN and maybe to use some other apps which cannot be installed due to insufficient space on card/disc and to install some apps that are compatible with WebOS 2. (Now they are not apperaing neither in Polish LG store nor in US store, once I change the region to US/CANADA/MEXICO.

Updated my LG 55UK6360PTE to version 05.10.10 a few weeks ago. Few days after the update the television has trouble booting up, it gets stuck on the lg logo, then I have to switch the tv off by holding the power logo for a few seconds, then boot it up again only to find it getting stuck on the lg logo again, after repeating this process a few times I am finally able to boot the tv and proceed smoothly until I dare turn it off to face the whole issue all over again. Anyone else witnessed the same problems, is there anyway to downgrade the webos, tried the lgdtvupdater but it doesn't work, I guess it only works for models upto 2017. Correct me if I am wrong
I've just bought the new LG 55SM8600PLA with the latest update (AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support) and having many problems with it.
The moment I plug the Ethernet cable on it, the TV starts spamming my entire network with Zeroconfi packages (captured with WireShark) resulting on all devices becoming unresponsive and slow.
Here is screenshot of me pinging a wireless device with latency higher than 500ms, the moment I turn off the TV, ping goes to normal ~1ms (all cable):
This happens with all devices on my local network. Using a couple of Asus RT-AC68U routers.
Does this happens to any of you?
