We need DS Video app for Sinology NAS. samsung already has it.

Hi, We need this app for our tv!  @LG TEAM When wil be this app available? Please Thanks very much.

It's really a shame that LG TV can't have a DS Video app. I think that my LG 55c6v is almost perfect in my home chain, but it miss DS Video app to be really perfect.

Yes we need a DS Video app, or some app that can connect to the Synology Video Station / Synology Media Server with nice GUI.

I am really dissapointed by LG Webos and its DLNA player, SmartShare and the whole user experience. SmartShare is really the worst piece of Smart TV software that I have ever seen.

Unfortunetly I already have an LG TV, but need to buy a new TV for my Living Room, and wont be buying LG for sure because of the crappy apps on its Content Store.

I will probably buy a Samsung, because it has much better apps and has support for DS Video.

I spent a lot of money on my 55eg920v but I feel that LG has just abandoned me now that webos 3 is out.

I will not buy LG again.

Where is the itv hub?

I use smartshare with my synology but the app is hardly feature rich and really is as basic as it could be and is a joke in 2017

Does LG really think that I should replace a TV that cost nearly £3k

Yes, life is good, but no thanks to LG

I have 3 LG TVs due to the supperior IPS panel technology but app store is far from recommended. I'm waiting for the synology  video app "DS Video" for a couple of years, I see a lot of people asking for this app and no feedback about a future release.

I'm re-thinking about buying LG tv in the future. LG, it's in your best interest to listen to LG TV owners app suggestions.

Samsung have this app for ages.

Oh, Best Buy, you didn't tell us you had a brand new TouchPad in stock. We left our number and everything. Did we do something wrong? Why don't you ever call anymore?
In all seriousness, we're not surprised that the Best Buy in Santee, California, found a brand-new 32GB to sell. How it got on their shelves isn't likely to be a harrowing tale of dragons and sword fights and multitasking cards. Like tipster nfrisbie1, we're more interested in how this Best Buy location thinks they can get away with asking full list price - $599.99 - for that sells for close to a third of that on eBay, which is itself notably higher than the that . You so silly.

It was early December. The whirlwind year that was 2011 was coming to a close and the future of webOS was still a great unknown. But one developer stood up and proclaimed, "My name is Zhephree, and I shall build an app to catalog my media!" And so it was done.
Fast-forward to today and Geoff Gauchet's Wooden Rows app is now available for TouchPad owners. The app leverage's Amazon's vast database of books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and video games to allow the user to build a searchable library of their own personal physical collection. With that library put together you can then even keep track of when you've loaned things out to friends. Wooden Rows is not a content portal - you can't watch your movies, read your books, or listen to your music through it, nor will you likely ever be able to - it's a personal inventory tracker. If you've got a large media library, we can think of much worse ways to spend $3.99.
If you're in the mood to spend that amount twice, Zhephree has also cut their price of their other flagship app by a dollar, bringing the social network aggregator incredible! (properly lowercase and exclaimed, for the record) down to $3.99 as well. The move is a permanent price cut, and should be an easier pill to swallow for users looking to unite their Facebook, Flickr, foursquare, and Twitter existences in one cohesive stream.
