TV trun on after a certain number of retries

A few weeks ago I buy a new LG tv. After a week of use it start to turn on relay slow. I turn it on end the screen is black. I need to turn it of and on and of a few times for it to work properly. How can the problem be solved? -
Hi, Application like Crunchyroll and Viki are not supported in webOS. Can they be added? Or at least accessible from the browser.
