I have a 3D LG TV, EF950V. about 5 years old. LG have not provided any updates for a while, with the result that Netflix will not work properly. It keeps crashing. Also I can no longer access my Ebay account or my email account.
Is there anything I can do about this ?
I have considered taking LG to Court over this.
The TV cost me £2500.00. I bought the TV in good faith. I am told that they are the only major brand who do not provide updates beyond a couple of years.
Anyone help please ?
