Dear reader,
I have a LG smart TV which is just out of quarantee period of 2 years.
In the morning it was working fine but in the evening when i tried to use the remote it started scrolling down up and left right without touching the remote.
First i thought the remote was empty or dirty but i have tried to other LG remotes and then the same happens. I have removed the batteries from all remotes but one to make sure there were no other signals.
I have set the TV to the factory settings after a lot of trying but that didn`t help
Does anybody experience the same issue on his/her TV?
Could it be that the remote sensor on the TV is broken or can it be software related?
Please let me know if you have an idea about this issue.
