I recently switched from Comcast to RCN, and the LG Magic Remote does not now control the set-top box. (This is a 2020 or so LG OLED TV). I have gone to the Device Connection Settings in the Connection Menu, and when I click Universal Control Settings, all it shows me is my Sonos soundbar. The Dashboard doesn't seem to give me access to the set-top box either. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

When I use voice recognition to say, e.g., "watch PBS", I get a string of channels across the bottom and a very loud voice telling me that it has found channels. I want that voice to go away. Note that I have disabled Audio Guidance in the Accessibility Settings. This is on a OLED55CXAUA. Thanks.
