Can't factory reset my 50UH5530 LG UHD TV

The factory reset item in the menu is disabled. and other items also were disabled after trying to change firware. It works ok, and connects to internet via wifi, but I can't factory reset it. I was trying to access service mode to change country, because Im in Argentina and this is a USA tv. Thanks for any help !
