Hi everyone. I've had this problem since I got this TV back in 2016. I think I have managed to fix this problem permanently. The solutions from othe sites have helped me, but it keeps on coming back. I noticed that after using the TV for like 40 min to an hour, the problem starts. So I turn it off let it cool off for quite a while. Then the remote starts to work again. So the keywords there is "cool off" if you are paying attention to what I said. So what I did was I firmly attached two heat sinks to the metal plate on the bluetooth/wifi module found inside the TV and now the problem is gone. So far the problem has not returned since I did this 5 days ago. The heat sink I used is a copper heat sink with adhesive that I bought from an online store like Amazon in my country. Let me know if you have fixed yours.
