Not able to find amazon prime app in LG(32LH576D )

There has been a problem with the Prime App on my LG TV for a few days now. It would load to a partial screen and did not function at all. It was also not visible in the app list. I did a hard power cycle and the app seems to be functioning normally now. I unplugged my TV from its power power source for about ten seconds and then replugged. Although this seems to have fixed the frozen app, the app still does not appear in the app list.
