  1. Hello Eric, I have the same problem here in The Netherlands. The update was pushed and nothing first seem to be wrong. What I have noticed is that my Apple TV 4K device was not able to get into 1010p or 4K anymore. First I thought it was a problem with the device itself. I have cleared the Apple TV and restored everything back to default. Then I searched trough my receiver because the Apple TV 4K is connected there, could not find any answer. I called three days ago with LG The Netherlands support, I have made a case and now calling them three days in a row, the guy from Technical assistant was checking his firmware that they standard bring out for you to download, its not matching our firmware update version. No answer back from LG at this moment and they can't give me any sign when they start solving this problem. The discussion is that technical support is very busy due to holiday season. I have tried to reach different levels within LG to get a reaction back, no answer. You see they automatically pushed the firmware to you, my TV and maybe even more people with this problem. I hope they fix this very soon, because they made our TV's bricked now with problems. They advised me to to manually get back or install a different firmware version, because you might get even more difficulties. Maybe they just made a mistake and pushed beta version into live consumer production? - they are very busy at LG right now to get the airplay 2 into the new OLED tv's and earlier models like we have and, who knows our firmware corresponds with this version. I hope a lot of people start to complain at LG about this firmware issue, this needs to be solved, this WEBOS firmware is not good and effecting the hardware. Cheers Ray
