I just figured out what the problem was. All that I had to do was turn off Truemotion. It was set to clear and as soon as I turned it off the problem went away! LG support was useless!!!

The WebOS on my EG9600 recently updated to firmware 04.26.00 and now the picture quality is unwatchable, it reminds me of a picture with bad reception. It’s not just the live tv but also Netflix looks looks just as bad. I’ve opened up a case with LG but no resolution yet. I wish that I could just downgrade the firmware to see if that is what caused the issue.
