Prime Video and Netflix not playing at 60fps at 4K.

Hi, im new to this forum. My LG smart TV, 55UH850V model, for some reason dosent play 4K content on Netflix and Prime Video apps at 60fps, not even at 1080p. It can do so for youtube videos. For Netflix I have to set trumotion to smooth or any other level, I try this for Prime Video but for some reason I have to do it everytime Im want to watch it. Is there something wrong with my TV that cant play 4K, or 1080p amazon and netflix at 60fps? How can I fix this?
